Luis Alberto López Hernández is a Mexican attorney and international business consultant with more than 10 years of experience in business immigration, cross-border investment, and global mobility matters.

He began his career in the Legal Affairs Department of the Consulate of Mexico in Fresno, California. After practicing law in Mexico, he joined the Consulate of Mexico in Orlando, Florida, where he expanded his experience in consular affairs, human rights, and the U.S. legal system.

In 2016, Luis earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, cum laude, from Florida State University. His academic concentration included international business transactions, international sales and arbitration, international trade and investment, and corporate law.

Luis subsequently joined one of Florida’s largest business immigration law firms, where he worked extensively on EB-5 and E-2 investor matters and gained significant experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, TN, L-1A, O-1, and other employment-based visa classifications. In 2021, he joined a Nebraska immigration law firm serving technology companies and professionals.

In 2023, Luis founded BR Global Solutions to provide business immigration support, cross-border investment consulting, and global mobility services. He collaborates with immigration law firms to develop case strategies, evaluate business and investment projects, prepare supporting documentation, and coordinate complex employment and investment-based matters. He also advises foreign entrepreneurs seeking to establish, acquire, or expand businesses in the United States.

Luis is licensed to practice law in Mexico and is pursuing admission to practice law in the United States. BR Global Solutions provides consulting and case-support services and does not independently provide U.S. legal representation.
